I promise to design custom stationery ensembles that exceed your expectations; reflect your style and satisfy your budget! There are often several elements to your custom designed package and each piece should be exceptional. During your initial appointment I will help you review your stationery budget and walk you through exquisite options for colors, textures, motifs, font combinations, pockets, enclosures and more. It is guaranteed to be an exciting and inspiring experience. Truthfully, it can also be overwhelming but I'm there to help every step of the way. Price Quotes on Custom Invitations: If you choose custom invitations or announcements a quote is generally provided in no more than 24-48 hours of our initial meeting. If you find the quote does not meet your expectations, I am more than happy to answer questions and provide suggestions to help you achieve an invitation ensemble that satisfies both your style and your budget. Each component of a custom invitation also represents a cost and I can help you determine the most essential elements for your overall design.

Custom Samples: I encourage you to review a sample before finalizing an order. It is the best way for you to know whether our product will meet your expectations. There is nothing like the assurance of seeing what your actual invitation will look like before you place an order. Because of this, up to two custom samples are provided free of charge as part of the custom ordering process. However, if you are interested in custom samples for a blank stock order or require more than two samples during the design process of your custom order, there is a $25 charge to cover materials and shipping.

Production Time: Since each invitation is assembled by hand in my studio, it is best to allow approximately 4 weeks for production of custom invitations. This can vary with the size and complexity of the order as well as how busy I am at the time. Times for programs, menu cards, and other ancillary items are generally 2-3 weeks. Rush orders are available in certain instances and sometimes additional charges will apply.

Printing Process: Communicate Creatively uses a photo quality color laser printer for print production. This is another cost saving advantage to you. It allows me to offer unlimited print colors at no additional charge. Because print production is done in house, it also allows me to manage the quality of each piece and minimize production time. We also offer Photo Invitations and Announcements which may be composed of a layered studio quality photo or printed directly onto the stock.  Either way, you can view samples on request and will receive a proof for approval prior to printing.

Assembly Services: All of my full service stationery quote includes a minimum cost for assembly based on the complexity of your invitation. Each custom invitation is assembled by hand and inspected for quality and durability.  I am experienced in this delicate and often tedious process. I can also do more than the minimum of assembly! We can work together to determine what combination of efforts best fits your comfort level and budget. For those who want a truly stress free experience, I can address, stamp and delivery your invitations to the Post Office for hand cancelling.

I no longer offer printed invitations for self service assembly. I am very proud of my products and want to ensure that they reach your guests in the best possible condition. Therefore, it is best if I assemble them for you. However, if you order a DIY package, you can obviously eliminate assembly charges by assembling yourself!

Internet Orders: Even if you do not live in Northeastern Oklahoma and cannot schedule a consultation, we can design the perfect invitation for you!  Between e-mail, phone and mailing swatches the process can take some additional time.  Regardless of where you live a final proof is generated before your order is printed to ensure your complete satisfaction with the process.  Contact me for a free Inspiration Package which allows you to preview a general sample and provides you with all the tools necessary for us to start a satisfactory collaboration.  Shipping charges based on the order size will apply to the final order.

EnvelopmentsĀ® averages an order process time of 5 days prior to shipping.  After that, your order will be shipped by the method you have selected (i.e. UPS Ground, 3-Day, 2-day, or Next-day). Please consider the possible 5 day process time on top of your chosen method of delivery.  Ground shipping charges are free on orders of $150 or more.  However, there is a $5.00 drop ship fee for all blank stationary orders.

Multilingual Orders: Although I do not provide translation services, I can print in other languages if you can provide the written text.  There is no charge for this service.  Multicultural families often need invitations in English as well as another language.  There is also no additional charge for splitting your order between multiple languages.  Please note that a proof will be provided and you will be exclusively responsible for approving the spelling and grammar prior to production.  

Blank Stock Orders: If you only want to order the blank stock to make your own invitations it is possible for you to save time and money.  I caution you, however, that this is often a tedious, complex process with many hidden costs and inconveniences.  Please see our article regarding the benefits of full custom services for more information.  Communicate Creatively can meet your complete stationery needs including Save The Dates, Invitation and Enclosure Cards, Thank You Notes, Programs, Menu Cards and more.  Plus, we offer many benefits and money saving offers for package orders and repeat customers. 

Sales Tax: FOR LOCAL ORDERS (OK): Sales tax from the origination point (Tulsa, OK) is charged for finished materials and included with the final invoice. FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OKLAHOMA: No sales tax is applicable for orders shipped outside Oklahoma.

Refund Policy: FOR BLANK STOCK ENVELOPMENTSĀ® ORDERS: All sales are final. No returns are accepted.
FOR CUSTOM ORDERS: There are no refunds given on deposits for custom designs after the approval stage of the order process. You may, for any reason, cancel your order BEFORE proofs are approved. If you choose to cancel your order BEFORE your proofs are approved, Virtu Creative will issue a refund in the amount of your initial payment less a $75.00 processing fee. Refunds will be made in the same form as payment.
